For Cornelia Reade there is a collection of personal letters from 1973 to 1982 and a scrapbook containing clippings, pictures, and pamphlets relating to riverboats, especially the Delta Queen.

The tea, sponsored by the Tuscaloosa Chapter of the Business and Professional Women's Club, celebrated the life of Julia Tutwiler and was the occasion of the presentation of the first Julia Tutwiler scholarship.
