From the Collection: The collection contains portions of a paper written by A. Edward Maumenee on the history of the University of Alabama Medical School with edits and corrections on retyped pages, his 1925 certificate from the American Board of Ophthalmic Examinations, and a letter from his son J. R. "Rob" Maumenee to A. E. "Ed" Maumenee, presumably A. Edward's sons as Rob refers to the handwriting on the papers about the UA Medical School as "Dad's".
