This file contains a receipt for $26.00, received of J. B. Mannix, executor and trustee of Lucy H. Boudier, deceased. The receipt specifies that the sum is for a share in an estate, and is signed by Mrs. L. A. Grant, Guardian. The file also contains an envelope addressed to Mr. H. J. Moorman and sent from Este and Schmidt, Real Estate Agents, Cincinnati, Ohio.
