Scope and Contents This photographic album contains 42 black and white photographs of Companhia Viação São Paulo as the company developed the area of the upper Paraná River in Mato Grosso do Sul during the 1930s. Photographs are of towns, ports, ships, and company operations around the Paraná River as well as landscape surrounding the area in both Brazil and Argentina. All photographs measure approximately 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" and are captioned.
