Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection consists of one ledger kept by the Elmore County, Alabama Jury Board from 1931 to 1935. The ledger lists all male citizens of the county between the ages of 21 and 65 (listed alphabetically by county beat), their occupation and addresses, as well as minutes of the meetings of the Jury Board.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection contains two sales ledgers for a plantation store belonging to Louis W. Turpin of New Berne, Alabama. Contains daily listings by person, listing what they purchased and how much each item cost. One book from April 21-July 17 1879, the other is January 1-March 9 1880.

Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection contains Harris' receipts from Greensboro, Alabama, stores and notes concerning the opening of the local telephone company in Greensboro in 1909. There is a note to "Dudley" on the back of one of the various papers that is dated "2/8/49".
