Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection consists chiefly of materials relating to Methodist Minister Richard Edwin Branscomb (1902-1980), including his account book for the period 1922-24, two diaries or journals (with illustrations) of trips to Europe and the Middle East, 1926 and 1930, and what might be termed his “spiritual diary” for 1935. This collection consists of the ledger of the Elliott and Carl Mill which records days and hours worked by employees as well as accounts and orders for lumber. The label on the front of the ledger says “Elliot and Carl Mill Time Book Commencing Feby 1, 1888.”
