Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection contains the Tuscaloosa branch secretary’s notebooks, 1973-1981. These notebooks include the association's official correspondence, meeting minutes, by-laws, and other records that vary by year. The executive board file contains newsletters, budgets, and the minutes of the executive board’s meetings. Newspaper clippings and photographs of association members and their activities have been collected in three scrapbooks, spanning the dates 1949-1983 (incomplete).
