Scope and Contents The collection consists of letters to and from Seaman Francis Lee Husted of Hicksville, Ohio who served in the U.S. Navy Armed Guard (U-6) during World War Two. The letters and cards are written by members of the Husted family to Francis along with some of his responses. Letters and cards are posted on V-mail, air mail, U.S. Navy, and United Service Organization stationary.
