Overview This box consists of forty-two negatives depicting scenes from the University of Alabama. Depicted here are class of 1888 reunion in 1938; baseball team from 1937, 1938, 1941, and 1942; football team and coaches in 1936, 1938, 1939, 1940, and 1942; and 1944 Homecoming. One of the glass negatives in this box is what many of football fans are considering to be the "Holy Grail" of Alabama football photographs.
