Scope and Contents
This collection consists of glass plate negatives, nitrate negatives, and several gelatin developing-out paper photographs depicting The University of Alabama campus, football team, baseball team, sororities, fraternities, and students, as well as negatives of Stillman College and Tuscaloosa. The collection includes one enlarged photo printed on canvas depicting early coaches: Tilden "Happy" Campbell, Henry Gorham Crisp, Frank W. Thomas, Harold "Red" Drew, Paul Burnam, and Paul "Bear" Bryant. The collection includes the glass negative of this significant Alabama football photograph.

Biographical / Historical
Robert L. Bass was a student at the University of Alabama in 1960s. During his freshmen year in 1964 he worked for Audio Visual Services as a photographer.
