This file contains a letter from C. A. Koop, a soldier stationed at Camp Thomas, Georgia, during the Spanish-American War, to his sister Amelia Koop in Louisville, Kentucky. He writes that the camp training keeps him busy, asks about various friends and relatives, and wonders why his father has not written to him yet.
