Pearce, secretary of the planning committee for the Thirteenth Annual Convention of the Supervisors, County Commissioners and County Clerks of Illinois, to Charles Schofield of Carthage, Illinois. Pearce asks Schofield to address the convention with a proposed subject concerning the relation of the county clerks to the people of Illinois.
