This 642-page typescript of General Joseph Wheeler's Confederate Military History of Alabama includes histories of infantry regiments, cavalry regiments, and battalions. Wheeler's handwritten corrections are included in the margins. The Confederate Military History of Alabama was published in 1899 by the Confederate Publishing Company in Atlanta.
