Tillery & Tillery Day Book and Mercantile Book (foldered ledgers)
Scope and Contents
This collection contains deeds to lands owned by the family, account books from the Tillery's store, personal financial statements of family members, and settlements from estates. Also included are papers pertaining to the Fairfax Cotton Mill, the family Bible, containing enclosures on the deaths of Mark Tillery and his wife Clara Boyles Tillery, and various family photographs (c. 1940-1995).
