Scope and Contents This collection includes one photographic album of 47 photographs from various locations throughout Chile in 1925 and one letter dated 1928 addressed to the original photographer from the "Jefe de la Seccion Turismo" asking to obtain negatives of the photographs. Photographs depict scenery, natural landscapes, and locals going about every day activities. About 10 photographs feature Villarrica volcano and its rural surroundings. Photographs measure approximately 5 1/2"x 8 1/2".

Overview A loose set of travel diaries and account books kept by Dr. Jonathan Plimpton Green describing his journey to and from Valparaiso, Chile, and documenting the medical work he did while living there in the mid-nineteenth century.
