Series Description From the Series: This series contains outgoing correspondence and incoming correspondence. The outgoing correspondence is arranged chronologically, and the incoming correspondence is arranged alphabetically by the author's last name. The correspondence is primarily to his brother, John Manly. It also consists of a letter from R. Rathbun at the Smithsonian Institute concerning Manly's work on the Langley Memoirs.
