The collection includes correspondence with the U.S. Department of Agriculture relating to false labeling, as well as company advertising. The collection also contains two small notepads, one with notes on teaching and one with notes on history, boll weevils, and other subjects.

The collection consists of one scrapbook containing documents from 1918-1919. The scrapbook contains mostly newspaper clippings discussing conferences and programs of the Four-Minute Men and the Four-Minute Men's Women's Division in Birmingham, Alabama. It also contains programs from banquets and conferences as well as letters pertaining to awards and the honorable discharge of the Four-Minute Men.
