This collection consists of one letter written by Thomas E. Kilby, as Governor of Alabama, dated April 20, 1921, to F. T. Raiford, the editor of the Selma Times. In the letter Kilby thanks Raiford for a favorable editorial published in the paper. He also discusses a series of meeting being held around the state concerning taxes and revenues.
