Scope and Contents This collection contains three Woman's Relief Corps convention and encampment ribbons. The three ribbons are all different representing three different conventions. The first being an off-white ribbon, 5 3/4" long (not including the fringe) by 2 1/4" wide. It has an off-white bow with a light blue center knot that also has a small American flag attached.
