Content Description From the Collection: The collection contains ten artifacts: (1) a classic period Mayan effigy of bird; (2) a bowl 7" diameter with some peeling exterior, chip at rim; (3-7) five Huastec and Nayarit head fragments ca. 400-800 AD; (8) a classic Maya Guatemala figure (head, left shoulder and chest), ca. 600-900 AD, 5.5 in; (9) a classic period Mayan bowl and stand 2.5" high; (10) an effigy bowl with animal face at rim (lacks part of face) with polychrome, 3.5" high.
