Scope and Contents The collection contains a letter from Corporal E. F. Nickerson, stationed in Fort Barrancas (Pensecola), Florida, to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Nickerson of Worcester, Massachusetts on November 15, 1945. In it he tells them that he had been working in the battery office for about a week but that he was back at the Breeze office, which he very much preferred. He also says that several of the "overseas" boys have been discharged - many had been in Europe for a year or more.
