Scope and Contents This collection consists of one letter written by S/Sgt. Robert K. Webb on May 20, 1945 to Mr. Howard Robinson of Oberlin, Ohio. In it, Webb describes cutting bamboo in the Philippines as well as a course in American government he will be teaching while there. He also talks about his future plans for graduate school.
