Scope and Contents note From the Collection: This collection consists of a miscellany of items, most of them relating to the school days and, especially, the 1915 graduation of Sarah, of Union Springs, Alabama, High School. Among these items are several personal cards, presumably from Ms. Blue’s classmates, some of them inscribed with messages to her, a graduation announcement and program, a newspaper clipping reviewing a “graduation comedy” performed by a cast of which Ms. Blue played the leading role, and a keepsake book entitled...

This collection consists of two of Barry’s notebooks, both of them leather bound and designed as address books. One of them is an address book, the other contains a miscellany of information: some addresses, business cards, newspaper clippings, and notes on a variety of subjects, among other things. Among the contents is what appears to be a brief history of Barry’s employment, 1910-1932.

Scrapbook from household of Mrs. Hettie Floyd Powers. Also an account book for automobile service station and included accounts for prominent Tuscaloosa, Alabama, citizens. Mrs. Powers also used the account book as a scrapbook for United Daughters of the Confederacy related clippings.
