Scope and Contents From the Collection: The collection contains the personal correspondence, files, and memorabilia collected by Dr. Rose during his tenure as President of The University of Alabama, including scrapbooks of newspaper clippings (particulalry concerning the integration of the University in 1963), and videocassettes of films also documenting the desegregation of UA.
