Biographical / Historical

George Griffin Hardin, son of Richard Thomas and Melindia Angaline O'Rear Hardin, was born on 15 January 1891 in Jasper, Alabama. He was a rural mail carrier, married, and according to his World War I draft registration card (found in Ancestry.com Library edition) had at least two children. He died in Brookwood, Alabama, on 14 August 1993 at the ripe old age of 102.
