Biographical / Historical
Edward David Haigler, son of J. Ed and Edna L. Haigler, was born on 23 march 1912. He attended the University of Alabama Law School and graduated in 1936. He was a Jefferson County (Alabama) circuit judge. Haigler died on 18 February 1993 in Birmingham, Alabama.
