Biographical / Historical

Thomas Henry Garner was born around 1870 and eventually became the editor of the "Tuscaloosa Gazette" and alumni secretary of the University of Alabama. He was affectionately known as "Uncle Tom" according to an article in the Jun. 14, 1981 edition of "The Tuscaloosa News". He died on 13 December 1944.
