Biographical / Historical

Hamlin Caldwell was born in Hillsboro, New Hampshire, on February 29, 1812, the son of Alexander and Hannah Hamlin Caldwell. In 1837 he moved to Bellafonte, Alabama, and later moved to Scottsboro, Alabama.
