The collection contains printed maps of Georgia with additions showing routes taken for "botanical tours." The earliest, 1895, has the note "collecting propagating material of indigenous, woody plants for Biltmore Estate. -- F. E. Boynton." The ten maps, 1896-1902, show C. L. Boynton's "botanical tours," while two, 1899 and 1902, show the routes taken by C. L. Boynton and C. D. Beadle.
