Biographical / Historical

Edmund Randolph (1753-1813) was the first United States Attorney General and the second United States Secretary of State. John Nicholson (1757-1800) served as comptroller-general of Pennsylvania from 1782 to 1794. John Nicholson was connected with many of the people who created the United States of America’s financial system.
