Biographical / Historical
The Feronia Garden Club of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, was organized in 1956 by Mrs. Milo McEllhiney and Mrs. Oliver Thomas of the Ceres Garden Club. The name Feronia is that of an ancient Roman goddess associated with wildlife, fertility, health, and abundance.
