Biographical / Historical
Elizabeth Harwood was from Ann Arbor, Michigan, and attended the University of Michigan in the late 1930s. In 1941 she secretly married Richard A. Correll. Richard was a private in the army and stationed at Camp Livingston, Louisiana. After Pearl Harbor Richard was deployed in the Pacific. Richard and Elizabeth had three children but divorced in 1959. Elizabeth married Dr. Donald Katz later.
