The collection is made up of a travel permit authorized by the Alabama Office of the Adjutant General on April 30, 1963, allowing Gov. George C. Wallace, Mrs. Wallace, Bill Jones, and C. W. Russell, all non-military personnel, to travel in an Air National Guard aircraft.
