Scope and Contents

This collection consists of one letter written to Mrs. Gould from E.J. discussing their concerns over the lack of communicaiton from her. E.J. also voices concern over the rumor of marriage of Julia to a Mr. Paul, who may not be suitable. E.J. requests information about the situation and asks that Julia not be told of the request. I.J concludes with comments about a doctor friend of Mrs. Gould's whom they did not seem to care for. Letter marked "Private."
