Biographical / Historical
A native of Eutaw, Alabama, a University of Alabama student and member of "Million Dollar Band," and subsequently drummer, band leader, and orchestra member 1935-1961. He was also a member of the Tuscaloosa Musicians Protective Association, also known as Local 435 of the American Federation of Musicians.
