Scope and Contents note
The collection contains a miscellany of University of Alabama materials, including an 1893 Society of the Alumni Reunion and Banquet Program; an 1896 special insert to the student newspaper, the Crimson White; a 1910 commencement program; four of Rose Wallace Turner’s grade reports from 1927-1928; and a letter from University President George H. Denny dated July 3, 1928, containing words of praise and encouragement.

Rose Wallace, oldest daughter of Brittain (Jr.) and Betty Turner, was born on November 23, 1909. She married Jefferson Jackson Coleman on June 18,1830, and was a member of the University of Alabama class of 1931. She died on May 1, 1984.
