This collection consists of fifty-five photographs of the former Director of Alumni Affairs at the University of Alabama. He was closely involved in athletics at the University of Alabama. The photographs show various aspects of his life from 1918 through 1989.

Biographical / Historical

Jefferson Jackson Coleman was a prominent University of Alabama alumni. For almost 50 years he was directly involved at the University of Alabama. He served as the Business Manager of the football team and the Director of Alumni Affairs. Starting with the Rose Bowl on January 1, 1926, until he died in 1995, he was the only person that attended every Alabama football game.
