This collection includes the Tuscaloosa County, Alabama: An Illustrated History manuscript with footnotes, which were omitted from the published book and the Rowdy Tales From Early Alabama manuscript.

Biographical / Historical

Guy Ward Hubbs is a reference librarian and archivist at Birmingham Southern College. He received his doctorate in history from the University of Alabama in 1999. He has written several books on Southern/Alabama history including the two titles included in this collection.
