One 343-page ledger compiled by William McAllister of patients treated by the mobile unit of Buckner Hospital from 1862 to 1865 as it traveled through Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. The ledger tracks patient names, ranks, regiments, companies, complaints and applied treatments, and whether the patient was discharged or died. The ledger is fragile and requires careful handling.
