This file contains five typed letters to Miss Sophie M. Taylor of Woodhull, Illinois, from two individuals at companies in Kansas regarding the lease or sale of land for oil and gas speculation. Two of the letters are from M. K. Cardell at Citizens State/Exchange Bank in Little River, Kansas, sent in 1941 and 1944. Three are from Earl M. Knighton, Oil and Gas Leases, Wichita, Kansas.
