Parker in Unionville, Missouri, from Luther Miller, Cambria, Iowa, asking Parker to "come up and buy some good stuff"; as well as a "sale bill" for Parker regarding the Hotel Savoy in Kansas City, Missouri. Miller's letterhead reads: "Luther Miller, Real Estate and Live Stock of All Kinds. Draft Horses a Specialty."
