Scope and Contents
This file contains the deposition of Charles Marx, taken at the office of Sidney S. Baxter in the city of Richmond with William F. Watson acting as notary, and related to a suit filed by W. Curr against Henry J. Tarr and John R. Ray. In the deposition, Marx, a farmer, indicated that he was present for the trial of a new plough and spoke to its effectiveness.
