Letters to Augustus Haven, 1838-1839
Scope and Contents
This file contains business letters to Augustus Haven of Tyson Furnace, Vermont. The first letter was written from Proctorsville on December 27, 1838, by M. S. Proctor, who asked if Haven would want "one of our Engines and Pumps." The second letter was written from Acworth on December 1, 1839, by William Hayward, and asks Haven to send patterns for top and bottom oven plates.
