Scope and Contents

Letters from George Parsons of Wrangell, Alaska, and Seattle, Washington, to his brother, Alvin Parsons of Louisville, Kentucky. The letters concerns George's whereabouts and his attempts to succeed in one form of business or another in order to pay back debts in Louisville, Kentucky. There is also letter from Alvin sent to George in Shanghai, China, but that was returned to Alvin.
