Scope and Contents
Letters to Ira Peck of Britt, Iowa. One letter from his friend Vernon Glidden, who had moved to Los Angeles, California, explained that while he wished to help Peck with business matters, he was having trouble remaining financially afloat in Los Angeles. The other two letters were from J. E. Bearbower of Euclid, Iowa, and detailed Bearbower's propositions for renting Peck's hayland.
