Mary Miller Diary, 1944 - 1948

 Item — Box: 4259.10, Volume: 002

Scope and Contents

The collection contains a five-year diary of Mary Miller of Topeka, Indiana, dating from 1 January 1944 through 1948 December 31. In the diary are daily entries telling of daily chores, visits, and weather.

There is a letter tucked inside the diary addressed to Fannie and Mary Miller, but there is no name on the inside cover. There are several entries that say "Fannie & I," so it is most likely that the diary is Mary's.
