Scope and Contents
This collection consists of 8 letters and 2 greeting cards written by Ethel Moore of Chicago, Illinois, to Sergeant (later Staff Sergeant) John O. Jacobson of A Battery, 169th Battalion, C.A.C. from September 3, 1943 to April 23, 1945. The letters describe the various events, dinners, parties, etc., she attends. She also talks about their friends and families. The newspaper clippings are miscellaneous articles and cartoons that she included in her letters.
