This collection consists of ten letters and one telegram written by Private, then Sergeant Helen Becker to Lieutenant Robert O. Haas between September 23, 1943 and June 29,1945. In the letters Becker describes various duties (watch, mess, etc.) and activities (swimming, dancing, etc.)
