From the Series: This collection consists of 111 letters from friends and family to Richard “Dick” Young of Chicago, Cook County, Illinois. The letters range from chatty notes from his parents (including the surprise announcement that he would have a new brother or sister in the spring of 1946) and grandparents to letters from his best friend, former girlfriends and many others.
