Scope and Contents
The Correspondence Subseries includes files that Ralph Hammond labeled "Good Letters," "Bad Letters," and "Colorful Letters." Many of the letters in these three files concern people’s reactions to racial issues and integration in Alabama. The subseries also includes material from Ralph P. Eagerton, Chief Examiner of Public Accounts. Some photographs are contained within this subseries.
